First Time Homebuyers Program
The City of Kaukauna offers a financial assistance program to low
to moderate income first-time homebuyers in the amount of $2,500 to
be used towards closing costs or down payments. The loan carries
zero percent interest and payment is deferred until the home is
sold, is no longer the applicants primary residence (rental) or the

Industrial Park Network
The Planning Department maintains the Kaukauna Industrial Park
Network comprised of four individual parks servicing a variety of
businesses.
RACK Loans
The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Kaukauna (R.A.C.K.)
offers financial assistance to businesses interested in locating or

Subdivision Review
Planning Department staff is available to review proposed
residential developments within the City. Along with the City Plan
Commission, staff checks proposed plats for code compliance,
drainage, lot and street layout.
PACE Loans
Low interest loans are available to assist businesses in
the implementation of energy efficient improvements. The
loans are available through the PACE (Property Assessed Clean
Energy) loan program in conjunction with FOCUS on Energy and
Kaukauna Utilities.

When are Plan Commission meetings held and how much
notice do I have to give to be included on the
agenda?
Plan Commission meetings are held on an as needed basis the
Thursday after the first and third Tuesday (Council Meeting) of the
month.
If you have an item you would like included on the agenda,
please contact the Planning Department the Friday prior to the
meeting, before noon, with any information you would like included
in the Commissioner packets.
